Hi ladyjo,

I will recommend base on your current skin condition and what i can "see" from you doh.gif since you already been using dermalogica for quite long.
You will need,

skin hydrating masque
skin condition: all
Refresh and restore stressed, dehydrated skin with this soothing blend of botanicals.
Remark: Everyone of us need hydrating masque. No harm we have supple skin~

multivitamin power recovery® masque
skin condition: drier or prematurely-aging skin
An intensive masque of concentrated vitamins and botanical extracts to calm environmentally-stressed skin. Firming Vitamin A increases elasticity and moisture content while antioxidant Vitamin C aids in collagen synthesis, restoring suppleness. Vitamin E and Pro-Vitamin B5 promote healthy tissue regeneration, while calming botanical extracts of Licorice, Comfrey and Burdock soothe the skin.

If you intent to choose only one,get the MVP masque ya
Both contains no artificial fragrance or color. Professional recommendation advised. What you say?

Hey,

I just want to ask a few questions.

I just started using Dermalogica products like 3 weeks ago. I purchased from the Dermalogica Skin Care centre in my hometown. They recommended me a Sensitized SkinSet but I only purchased a large Ultra Calming Cleanser and Skin Smoothing Cream. For the first week using it, it was really good. No breakout and really clean my face though the pore still quite obvious.

However what worry me is that after quite sometimes using it, my face getting drier and reddish in some certain area. One of the reddish skin has a bit peel off. And I last check it is spreading, just a small bit like a few patches. Like usual, I will give the centre a call and explain my worry. Just yesterday, I went down to their centre and gave them a look of my face, and they gave me a quick hydrating masque and explain to me about my face, which is dehydrating quite seriously. Can't blame it, I got sensitive and dry skin.

Now is the question, should I continue use the cleanser? Is there a possibility that the cleanser wouldn't suit my face or it just need more times to fit in? Bcoz sometimes i will be experiencing itchiness and tightness around the patches area. From yesterday, the lady told me that to use two cleanser. Use Essential cleanser 1st then Ultra-Calming 2nd. After that, mix Skin Smoothing with drops of Soothing Booster and applied on my face. Before yesterday, i got use samples of Soothing Booster to suppress the itchiness and redness. It did work, but not always.

I know this is a long post. Hope I can get an answer. Thanks

Hi weird guy,

For my opinion, true, you really are sensitive skin cond and also dry skin.
I would say no problem u continue with the ultracalming cleanser for face and eyes.So far this is a real good cleanser and also loads of compliment bout it smile.gif
I hope u cleanse with it,follow by Skin smoothing cream(apply like >10cent portion to your face); if you are working under air-con, no doubt ur skin will drier. Moisture once in the morning, and once at night, right after your bath>cleanse>moisturiser.

Skin hydrating masque and skin hydrating booster generally is good to provide suppleness, refresh and restore stressed to dehydrated skin.Especially booster is intensive hydrating fluid revitalizes parched skin. That is why some consumer not only have good cleanser, but we also apply masque and booster when necessary. For me,the ultracalming is really a calm cleanser milky type,if u still experience sensitiveness, then its really wrack head sweat.gif

Hope d above help.

hey rayane,

Thanks for ur advice. Yeah, I know that Ultra-Calming is for highly sensitive skins. Yeah, it is kinda weird. Okay, i will continue used it. Hope sometimes, the problem will just disappear.

Anyway, your price. Is it discounted? It is kinda expensive when I look through your forum post, except the first few pages. Sorry, no offence. Just like to wonder why it is expensive.

I might wanna purchase Barrier Repair, Soothing Booster, Hydrarting Masque and intensive moisture balance. Just wondering about intensive moisture balance, is it appropriate for my skin? For the dry and sometimes, peel off patches?

hehehe. Thanks...

EDIT: I decided to stop using the products for a week to see whether the irritation and redness will stop or not. Btwn, thanks for the advice.

Aside from the high incidence of allergic response to Hydroquinone, there are numerous reports of irritation (contact dermatitis) and toxic effects associated with its use. It is no surprise that Hydroquinone has been banned in many countries around the world.Effective blend of Botanical Extracts that works synergistically and safely

hey,

How much is your Super Rich Repair? Is it appropriate to apply on patches that the skin has peel-off? Is Super Rich Repair kinda like a super creamy moisturizer with addition vitamins and stuff like those...

how much is the shipping cost to Sarawak?
