Hey,
I just want to ask a few questions.
I just started using Dermalogica products like 3 weeks ago. I purchased from the Dermalogica Skin Care centre in my hometown. They recommended me a Sensitized SkinSet but I only purchased a large Ultra Calming Cleanser and Skin Smoothing Cream. For the first week using it, it was really good. No breakout and really clean my face though the pore still quite obvious.
However what worry me is that after quite sometimes using it, my face getting drier and reddish in some certain area. One of the reddish skin has a bit peel off. And I last check it is spreading, just a small bit like a few patches. Like usual, I will give the centre a call and explain my worry. Just yesterday, I went down to their centre and gave them a look of my face, and they gave me a quick hydrating masque and explain to me about my face, which is dehydrating quite seriously. Can't blame it, I got sensitive and dry skin.
Now is the question, should I continue use the cleanser? Is there a possibility that the cleanser wouldn't suit my face or it just need more times to fit in? Bcoz sometimes i will be experiencing itchiness and tightness around the patches area. From yesterday, the lady told me that to use two cleanser. Use Essential cleanser 1st then Ultra-Calming 2nd. After that, mix Skin Smoothing with drops of Soothing Booster and applied on my face. Before yesterday, i got use samples of Soothing Booster to suppress the itchiness and redness. It did work, but not always.
I know this is a long post. Hope I can get an answer. Thanks

hey rayane,
Thanks for ur advice. Yeah, I know that Ultra-Calming is for highly sensitive skins. Yeah, it is kinda weird. Okay, i will continue used it. Hope sometimes, the problem will just disappear.
Anyway, your price. Is it discounted? It is kinda expensive when I look through your forum post, except the first few pages. Sorry, no offence. Just like to wonder why it is expensive.
I might wanna purchase Barrier Repair, Soothing Booster, Hydrarting Masque and intensive moisture balance. Just wondering about intensive moisture balance, is it appropriate for my skin? For the dry and sometimes, peel off patches?
hehehe. Thanks...
EDIT: I decided to stop using the products for a week to see whether the irritation and redness will stop or not. Btwn, thanks for the advice.

hey,
How much is your Super Rich Repair? Is it appropriate to apply on patches that the skin has peel-off? Is Super Rich Repair kinda like a super creamy moisturizer with addition vitamins and stuff like those...
how much is the shipping cost to Sarawak?

QUOTE Hi weirdguy,
super rich repair,50gm Retail RM296 No problem to apply over any dehydrated/dry skin even though peeled patches (if you experience skin peeling off some area, you certainly need it to extra moist ur skin) It deliver immediate benefits to chronically dry, dehydrated and prematurely-aging skin with this super-concentrated, heavy-weight cream. Powerful peptides stimulate collagen production while an acid-free renewal complex smoothes fine lines for dramatically improved elasticity and tone. Ultra-emollient Shea Butter and Oil of Evening Primrose replenish skin with maximum hydration, relieving dryness and reinforcing skin's natural defensive barrier. Antioxidant Soy Flavonoids shield against the extreme environmental elements that can accelerate the visible signs of aging. Contains no artificial fragrance or color. Thanks for the info. I will look into my budget. Thanks a lot

Hello Rayanne,
I am used to be a Dermalogica user 4 years ago. Still love it and planning to switch back soon. Right now, I wish to be advice on Dermalogica Shine Therapy Shampoo.
Do you recommend for Dry hair/scalp? As well, is it compulsory to be use with Conditioner? My hair is quite short, compare to Ladies.
