QUOTE(lakost @ Feb 28 2011, 12:59 AM) try removing all the bloatware, broken registry and old system restore point.u can do this by using CCleaner. Then you can defrag ur lappies using Defraggler. This works on my 5750G.Now it is good as new. thanks trying it.

QUOTE(wilsonphua @ Jul 5 2011, 01:31 PM) Just wondering if your laptop is first or second batch? Blue or black? Did you encounter freeze or you have to wait very long at the windows 7 loading screen with the four colourful dots (which forms a Windows 7 logo)? My Acer Aspire 5750G is working fine now. Boot time is around 1 minute. Try Run --->> MSCONFIG --->> Click STARTUP --->> Uncheck some programs at start up hi thanks bro for the reply, mine is first batch balck , it can log in to window desktop but when it's there it's stuck for quite long and i already uncheck almost all the start up program. wondering wat went wrong.. sigh4

QUOTE(lakost @ Jul 6 2011, 12:31 AM) Call Highpoint.ask abt motherboard replacement due to SB issues. They will place an order for your motherboard and u have to mention which Highpoint center u want to send ur laptop to. They center will call when the motherboard is available. The replacement will take 2-3 working days. I know because i already did it. tq bro
