Talking about renewing insurance, let me share my hot and fresh story from 10 minutes ago:
Got my car 2.0 last year (2010) March and want to renew my insurance and call Etiqa. The agent check my record and tell me: Sir, your policy expired in 24th March 2010. We cannot renew for you. Your policy actually started in year 2009 Has anyone of you got your Forte in year 2009? Don't diam diam la, share with me pls, hahahahah...I was really shocked End up, need to call Naza Kia hotline and ask them to settle this. The Naza lady will call Insurance company. Will continue the story later.... |

Guess what, they returned back my cheque and rejected my application saying their system recorded my 1st service was clocked at 2842km. I think for a noob car driver, most of us know 1000km will go for a service and I wonder why they said that. I even have my receipt with me and I have called the service center and they also mention in their record is 2842km. But there is a remark at the side of 1000km. I actually don't understand what is that meant by remark. Anyway, the service center people will call HQ. Maybe I am the unlucky one, but I do really hope this won't spoil the customer confident on NAZA as a distributor. We are very happy with the product, but probably not the distributor. I will keep the update. |

It will be affected.i think the SC mistakenly enter the record. blame the service center. not the HQ. ask the manager to clarify with HQ. if they refuse, hoo haa in Kia Malaysia FB. make noise. huhuhuhuuh Hopefully they can settle this. |

Hi guys,
I am planning to sell off my KIA Forte 2.0. It was the first batch CBU, 4 speed version. If you are interested, please PM me for details. Reason for selling: KIA is a lousy brand.. hahahahahahaa..Toyota and Honda fans must be happy to see this. But I tell you, it is not. No dealer please. Dealer will make KIA price go down. Thanks, This post has been edited by twtang: Apr 15 2011, 03:25 PM |

QUOTE(kyheng @ Apr 15 2011, 04:01 PM) Actually pouring fuel injection cleaner will help on this. Suggest 3M(rm18 from spare parts shops) or rm3 spirit(alcohol) if you dare enough... yes, I agreed. Who didn't lose when having a car? This is Malaysian market. To know if you need this or not, after driving for 30-40km, try to smell your exhaust smell, if still got heavy wax smell, you will need to pour 1 bottle. Well, cannot use European tech compare to Eastern tech.... No matter what happens, you still lose a lot.... |
