I am getting metal bronze instead. Not changing to leather seat dy cause it's hot when hot weather... Just want to find out if the sport kit (2 side skirting, back kit + spoiler) cost RM1.3k is worth it? And any ide where I can find a plastic tray that fits the forte. How much does it cost?

Shrunken Optima. Awkward design and lacks its big brother's aura. Despite the Optima details, a close look at the side profile reveals it to be much more similar to the Honda City than a miniature Optima.



Horrible fog lamps though. The dash and central console looks dull and cheap.

I prefer the 2012 Rio.

I would expect Naza Kia to bring in the Rio instead of the K2 which for now, seems to be specially designed for the Chinese market. Not surprising really, given that many other car manufacturers tend to release certain models for China albeit in lower specs.

Really lower spec. o_O

The one of the left is the Rio's interior, which I feel does not suit the rather aggressive nature of the exterior. It's definitely a huge step up from the old Rio, but it's too conservative and similar to its younger sister the Picanto instead of having the sophisticated look of the Optima, or the clean, elegant look of the Cadenza.

The K2's interior is more likely to be this as seen in the spyshot, note the dull looking centre console.


I personally detest carmakers using different air con vents in a car. It's a recent trend now - many newer models have funky round side vents with the traditional oblong central vents, which is not a cohesive design at all. The Forte does it well by sticking with vertical slits throughout instead of what the Rio is doing.
