I think the SA can kautim with you on this...
But as he said, FC for 1.6SX are 7.7l/100km.
I ask this because 16" tyres are cheaper and I prefer more rubber which give a better FC, more comfort ride.
If changing to smaller tyre/rim can give 7l/100km, it would be better. That's why I ask him on this and never expecting he say can.... I think not much showroom will willing to do this.
*
City ruby also can change ma... Just have to see if there is EX buyer who are willing to change only...

izputra, salleh +1

We have to be united and don't come out with so many creative club name lolz.

So please can we stick to 1 Mega TT II and to those who can and really want to make it to the Central Region and you guys are most welcome and we are going to make it a remarkable history! If can't we still will plan for the live collaboration TT between all the region! peace!

We are friends and we are FORTEZEN!  wink.gif
*
In order to avoid from multiplication or confusion to Malaysia Forte club, why not create sub region like MFC Central Region, MFC Nothern Region, MFC South Region, MFC East Coast Region, MFC Sabah Region and MFC Sarawak Region. From this, 2 committee member can nominated for each region who take care of their own member in the region but still can participate freely in the MFC original thread. When come to TT, they can organise TT at the same date, same time but different place. With this, you can have more members coming to a Mega TT

All the committees can always have a seperate forum to discuss on the activities and from there, they can share with the members and 6 photos of many many fortezens. smile.gif

Well, this is just a suggestion... smile.gif

i agree 100% with you bro, but then its too good to be true..some group of peoples wanted to have separate groups of certain interest so they will have the 'belonging feel'. im not talking about forte only..all cars club having this dilemma. just take a look at persona, city, vios etc..banyak sangat club
*
If there is a credit to those ppl in the region, they are more happy in becoming a more active committees in getting all the ppl together lor... Micro management will be a great thing. Just elect a president for malaysia and VPs for all the regions... Maybe we may want to have a treasurer to share the cost of the events, blogger for reports and photos contribution of each activities. It is fair for others to do TT at their place cause we are a car club... Lol... If this is a sports club or other club, the others won't mind to carpool to central(klang valley) for TT. Petrol and toll cost can be divided by 4 or 5 ppl... smile.gif

Hi guys, just a question. Say if the bank is to disburse the loan to the dealer on 25th, and loan agreement signed on 17th, will/can dealer actually release the car earlier than 25th?

The reason why I want the disbursement to be on the 25th is because 23rd is my payday and I want to allow 2 days in case if there is any problem in salary payout.

correct
my case, i told the SA to deal with bank on the due date. my payout is on 26th, bank due date usually either on 15th or 28th.
even the dealer invoice is on 15th, you can ask bank to extend until 28th. you just have to pay the difference (interest for few days from 15th until 28th - one time only)

i.e:
invoice on 15th, by right ur due date is on 15th.
but the bank extend until 28th. means after 1 month plus only u need to pay (so u pay the extra day (in term of interest) before due date on 28th).usually charged on last payment schedule.

its something like that. hope u can understand as i also bit pening to elaborate. hahaha
*
Thanks thanks a lot... I will definitely get my car by 24th March... Now is depending on how dealer want to help me... sad.gif

Agree with u..they did come to our club functions to gain feedbacks from us + also gave us some goodies to bring back. It is so much appreciated i must say.

So please..dont expect that they will become 100% perfect in a single day..but at least they keep improving to serve us & low spare part cost = good for us.

& please..dont blindly accuse without a solid proof..hear say is not one of it..right Taipan?  icon_rolleyes.gif

I won't be so brave to get Forte if Naza Kia is to give bad service like last time... They are improving, times will prove them better...

I'm not much of an expert, but I feel like Inspira has a better ride and handling. And it feels nicely heavy. I'm more leaning towards getting a Forte 2.0 now, for the goodies and build quality. I've been waiting for a year+, watching closely if Kia solved the spare parts availability. I think I'd just go for it, and keep my old car as a spare  rclxm9.gif

I thought Inspira parts problem is worst then Forte? shakehead.gif

guys, wanna ask. i did a search here and found the variable rate offered by ambank. The SA suggested me to take this hire purchase loan. after reading around, i think i'll pass on this because car price will decrease but house price will increase. so no point taking this, better stick to fix rate right? currently the best i can get is 2.7% for 9yrs.

please do advise.
*
try hong leong or affin first and then you can get your preferred bank (easier SI) to give you the same rate. smile.gif If cannot, you go back to the lowest rate lor... smile.gif

I get 2.69% from maybank DJ for 5 years RM66k loan...
Your loan amount if higher and longer should be lower interest rate... smile.gif But you should try out other bank first before maybank as it normally don't quote competitive rate...

Make sure your dealer want to support you also... smile.gif

the current 2.7% is one of the lowest (exclude promo by the co itself) we had for car loan. Heard that the rate will go up very soon as banks are saying they don't earn enough from the loan these days... smile.gif

yea,i also heard the rate will increase, like next month or so..but election is near,i doubt the banks will increase the rate..(mayb SA gimmick to sell fast..)
*
SA offer you RM500 rebate is a good deal... smile.gif I thought they are not suppose to do so...

The rate increase is confirmed by my housemate who works in volkswagon. He told me that Malaysian banks are asking Bank Negara to push up the price. Nothing to do with election... smile.gif

Maybank : 2.88%
Public : 2.73%
Affin : 2.68%

Finally I settled with Affin with 2.65% (nego)

Affin quoted me 2.73%... I told them if can go lower and they say no... Maybe different branch and different ppl I called... I called the PJ branch. You?

yea,i hope he's not just "ckp kosong"..(he also offered rm250 tint voucher..) but i really focus on the service. SA with good service is very hard to come by these days..(they all like to jump ship,2-3yrs then resign..)

i'll be getting my forte probably in may or june, the fastest is end of this month if i take the ready stock (titanium silver 1.6sx).but im not rushing or anything, so around april or may will be good, but same time also scared the rate increase next month..aiya, dilemma indeed..
*
with who you booked with? If you sign agreement already, the rate will be locked in for 3 months I guess... smile.gif

again as I said the 2.65% based after nego (I provide extra documentation, EA, KWSP statement etc) and my CCRIS is clean

I think can push lower, but to me good enough coz I have no time to play the bargain game...
*
wah... good one... I envy... smile.gif 2.65% is very good indeed... congrats ya... smile.gif

Should be quite fast. But depending on colours. I can get mine in 1-2 weeks but delayed delivery due to my own problem with the banks... smile.gif
