totally agree.. scammers must be punished.. used to be small small scam.. now getting worst.. i last time kena scam rm15 from ragnarok reload.. oso edi very sad kao kao.. u kena 2000 plus..

dont talk about pity him la.. he still young la.. second chance la.. i reckon his punishment from the police will be anything super harsh like whipping or sumthing liddat..

the law is just.. and the law will give him what he deserves..

if let him go.. other scammers would just continue scamming.. and beg when get caught.. pity those 10 yr olds who used his brother's rm15 ragnarok reload card to get zeny from ragnarok but got scammed and scared like hell that his older brother would found out when he comes back(my sad story)..
