72C is pretty good. About 80C is the average level, so you're still far off from there.

Uh...caddy case is used for a SECOND harddisk. Basically removing the exisiting DVD drive out and put a new one.

Removing the primary HDD is even easier; open the two screws on the mid-bottom, take out HDD and put SSD in. It's REALLY EASY i don't know why there's a big fuss about it. And pleaseeee for the love of god kahyje read posts more carefully haha.
