About the same, except for the bokeh part...

I use Azden XGS-25 Shotgun fitted on hotshoe/K-Tek Boom Pole with Sennheiser wireless transmitter + receiver, and use fulltime manual focus, so lens focusing sound is never an issue for me. 

That's because they use autofocus while recording with their dslr without using any external mic. As I know the internal mic built in dslr would pick up the motor sound in the lens during video recording.

Basically the Azden shotgun is an external microphone that's able to concentrate more sound recording from the direction it's head is pointing at compared to the ambient sound, which is very useful to record conversation.

K-Tek Boom Pole is a long expandable pole stick where you can fix any mic at the edge of the pole like fishing lol.

Sennheiser is the brand for the wireless sound transmitter/receiver. Fix the transmitter at the Azden shotgun microphone and the receiver on your camera hot shoe with the mic jack fitted into the mic port on the camera, you can do wireless mic set up.

Problem is, I'm not from KL. They don't open on weekends. Their opening hours is office hour and also weekdays only.

My unit was the faulty one, coz it's the very very first batch, first few hundred units iirc. Juz bring a focus chart or news paper to test the focus b4 u grab it lor.... now newer batch shudnt have this prob ady =D

I got them replace new unit for me. This doesnt happen always though.

Zoom max, aperture open wide(105mm f/5.6),Focus from 45 deg angle on a word, and see is the word sharp or other word sharp=)

Correct, from 45 degree, only the word that you focus sharp..... distance you adjust urself la, you zoom till max dy den move around la aiyo....

Nikon usually ask you to claim warranty, coz after sold consider under warranty, my case coz the shop owner is my fren, he help me get 1....

that time taking degree and got a must take subject called photography...anyway i m noob 

i got a fren who's studying photography in uitm, he's not rich and cant afford a DSLR. usually during assignments he borrow the faculty's camera oni. and it works out pretty well for him

can rent, but most student there can buy a camera because most of them got PTPTN 

MMU ma... one of the "easier uni" can get LOAN
