try direct download with accelerator or torrent instead....my line can't even complete the test on that site...but full speed on direct download/torrent

i would take those with a grain of salts. try direct download with accelerator or torrent instead. if you can't get 80% i.e 16Mbps, i would email them (unifi@tm.net.my) if i were u (i never called them because they are charging me to report my problem,...duuhhhh).

firstly, you need report your problem. i've been using since july last year. I must say, very stable at least for my case.

if you're on vdsl you should check your snr/attenuation, could be badcopper. or the vdsl port. I do have teething problem from time to time. normally l'll just write to them, somebody will call within 24 hts.
