Capping is just matter of time
because if not consider the purchasing power
malaysia's broadband seem quite cheap for a no cap package.

p.s. pls also forget about S'pore , Korea and Japan
their citizen is highly "crowding" at certain area like tokyo and seoul
and many of them living at high rise building and one fibre cable will solve all the issue
but malaysia love landed property....
