Has anyone managed to use their website to migrate from streamyx? It's seriously screwed up:

1. can't use your address registered in their subscriber database, you have to enter the information again (not explained on the web site)
2. can't enter a second appointment time for the installer

Do they have any QC?

It's as if they don't want you to apply online.
