Has anyone paid their bill on occ.unifi.my?

I tried today, because I realised it's the payment due date already.

So I went to their website to pay. Payment was successful as indicated by the receipt.

When I went back to the bill tab, to my dismay, it freaking said the payment wasn't successful! F-UCK!

Their billing department is not on call now sad.gif I have to wait till tomorrow before I can check. But WTF!!! Who did the retarded system?!

Called the bank and it's charged already by bank but unifi can't find my payment. Although it says 'authorized' only but unifi's status should say 'pending' or something, instead of 'unsuccessful' because it sure is hell is successful.

Thanks, called the bank and got the approval code. Unifi's CS said she will get back to me, hopefully will later.
