As we always seen and do in garage sale, Selling of second hand device to another user.
Always you see:
1. Warranty card Unfilled
2. SIS Warranty still on until XXX

But You show know:
1. Is the unfilled warranty card equal to no user registered?

According to SIS:
QUOTE
Warranty Policy:
1) Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. HTC will consider your warranty to have stated on the date of purchase as indicated on your receipt.
2) If you have misplaced your receipt, HTC will consider the warranty coverage to have started based on the date your device was shipped from the factory.

2. How to verify is the product is genuine, beside sticker on the device?

from wat i know,SIS only provide 1 year waranty,if u want to add another year u hv to pay extra. and for the next buyer to enjoy the extended waranty the seller need to transfer the ownership to him.

this is serious topic as most buyer will change phone after 1 year or less and after the seller sold his phone and the buyer hv problem with it n took it back to claim waranty bt was rejected bcos the original buyer didnt transfer the ownership then its bye bye to ur waranty. if the seller still can be contacted then its ok provided he's willing to go thru the hassle bt if the seller change his number then its bye bye. who's making the profit and who's the idiot here?

that y for safety purpose, transfer ownership is covering your own underwear .haha brows.gif

I don't think AP set will do, since it was not under SIS warranty.
