One good thing about Honda service, they let u bring ur own part like engine oil, s/plug, oil filter, etc

After driving the hybrid for 3 days, it is a big change compared to my old civic....the car is great in the city and i do enjoy the engine start stop feature esp there are no traffic jams in ipoh town....

Fuel consumption is excellent and the 40 litre fuel tank is very friendly to my pocket...I average about 100kms a day travelling from my house to my workplace in Kampar. I manage to hit about 155 km/h during a test run stretch and overtaking is a breeze....

My only concerns are the noisy dunlop tyres....since they are the same size as the Honda City tyres, they only have goodyear assurance and conti CSC5 at the moment....I've been using Michelin tyres on all my cars but they do not have one for 185/55/16 at the moment...can anyone recommend a pair of quieter tyres

Of course it can still run. You're good for another 100km at least. I have tested this but it is not recommended to drive on mostly empty tanks because the oxidation from the unused tank may damage the engine

Yes. IMO from what SA told us, the windscreen it cost 5k...thats why we insured..

actually why it cost so much? special windscreen? can protect from UV attack?

Oops i mean the Buatan 2011 as for the car unit itself. Yeah I have the same thinkin in the 1st place which week 50 is very close to year 2011. But what interested me though is that my friend had a few similar cases b4 with CBU unit. He mentioned the tire's manufacturer date shouldn't be more than 2 months from the day you collected your car. FYI my car was collected on March. Else either it be an inside job or the car itself is old. Will get more confirmation with Honda and my friend b4 decided what to do next. Just doin myself wat's right as a consumer, coz this is not a cheap car.

Btw do you own Insight? Appreciate if you could provide the manufacturer date of you tire as well if you don't mind. Thanks.
