rental depends on the retail tenant mix, supply demand and proximity to LKW Uni.

if rental for studio > 1.8k and occupancy rate is high, then rm700psf is possible wink.gif

seeing the existing tenant quality in One City, I do not hv confidence in developer leasing team to bring in good tenant mix and quality

If MCT supplies vynil timber look alike flooring and not timber laminated for The Place, this cld be a legal breach and subject to legal suit by buyers

agreed...the unit is fully furnished incl curtains, TV, lightings, etc. nothing for owners to spend extra upon handover
