according to manual is best, if nothing mentioned i would go for full synthetic oil, these new oils have very high resistance to shearing and wearing.

I found this video and completely convinced petronas syntium best ever engine oil to endure 400-500 degrees in turbo bearings . ZERO SLUDGE
