Michael Owen ruled out of FA Cup tie v Crawley. Jonny Evans and Rio Ferdinand also injured. Valencia making good progress in training.

Michael Owen expected to be fit enough to travel to Marseille.

Ji-sung Park won't be available now until March. He picked up a slight hamstring knock in training last Friday.

The boss confirms both da Silvas will play v Crawley, as well as Bebe, Brown, O'Shea, Chicharito and Lindegaard.

Anderson, Gibson and Carrick are all available in midfield. Sounds like he'll rest Giggs and Scholes completely (as expected).

No offence but rooney's goal are a lot difficult than berbatov. Berba still had time to juggle the ball before making the scissor kick whereas for Rooney the timing have to be 100% perfect. And it had to be in a space of 0.0001 sec to make the decision and then pull it off.
