you know, I think it's partially true what they say,

"Barcelona cannot survive in the EPL"

Messi hasn't scored in any of the times Barcelona visited England.

Ahhh nko selamba je cakap gini. Nanti butthurt non-BPL fans. laugh.gif

QUOTE(Sheep319 @ Feb 17 2011, 12:41 PM)
i am rooting for the English club to make it to the semi finals, Man Utd, Arsenal, and Chelsea.

because final will be played at Wembeley Wembeley Wembeley Wembeley
*
This.

BTW, Those saying Arsenal was lucky then FU. Go watch the match again. They proved that they have matured. Even with all the possession, Barca wasn't threatening much and their little PIG was great and fast. It was a tale of two halves. Barca didn't take their chances well and Arsenal did. Simple as that.

Credit given where it is due.

Great performance by both English clubs in the CL, it's good to see that BPL can dominate the games. Gotta proved the FIFA/UEFA heads wrong lol.

BTW, when's Marseille  v MU's game ya? smile.gif

Blatter and Platini are just stupid. They 'bising' on Citeh's and Chelski's transfer policies yet close their eyes over Barca's and Real's. They scared of English dominance in Champs League, hence put up stupid rules to strangle English teams. Claiming that English team don't produce talents and transfer policies are killing English teams. They don't see that those lopsided TV deals in Spain are killing smaller teams. No competetiveness at all. Both Real and Barca get away with murders.

Yeah, I remember that goal. All of a sudden, the word "Destiny" started floating around. It instilled belief in the team that this was their season. It is this belief that helped them push for the title.

BELIEVE
That De Rossi rumor has been going on for years, ever since De Rossi became an FM legend. Not gonna put too much thought into it.

I dunno how to play that game. cry.gif

apa klas Brentford. MEE REBUS LAR LAI

Bebe has been scoring, but somehow not given the green light from SAF to even sit on the bench the past few games. now that Owen sudah gg, Bebe could be given the opportunity to sit on the bench.
*
Well, there's a reason for that. Bebe never played pro football before. He just started recently. I am not sure, but from what I read he just started playing football recently. Unlike other pro players whom have been starting since their tender years, surely it will take time to mold Bebe into a fine player.

And another funny thing is, there's no news of Owen's gg from official website. We'll just have to wait for today's PC from SAF, I guess.

BTW Sheep, your FM, ori ah?

slowpoke, but im glad to see Arsenal winning /leading over Barca. deserved win, let them enjoy their moments..

+ve things for us,

>it means Arsenal still 4 competitions, more games, more tired legs for league commitments..
>knocking out Barca, certainly one of the best team in competition, increasing our chances theoretically. but it doesnt mean anything if we cant beat Marseille.

hopefully SAF will pick a right players for Crawley and no fresh injury.. Obertan, Lindegaard, Hernandez, Fabio and Bebe to start.
*
-ve effects : their morale and confidence are boosted! that could be problem for us as well. tongue.gif

Some twitter updates :
QUOTE(Nick Coppack)
Michael Owen ruled out of FA Cup tie v Crawley. Jonny Evans and Rio Ferdinand also injured. Valencia making good progress in training.

Michael Owen expected to be fit enough to travel to Marseille.

Ji-sung Park won't be available now until March. He picked up a slight hamstring knock in training last Friday.

The boss confirms both da Silvas will play v Crawley, as well as Bebe, Brown, O'Shea, Chicharito and Lindegaard.

Anderson, Gibson and Carrick are all available in midfield. Sounds like he'll rest Giggs and Scholes completely (as expected).

The boss on rumours of a new contract for Evra: "Nothing to report."

No offence but rooney's goal are a lot difficult than berbatov. Berba still had time to juggle the ball before making the scissor kick whereas for Rooney the timing have to be 100% perfect. And it had to be in a space of 0.0001 sec to make the decision and then pull it off.

My opinion though smile.gif
*
and how could you discount berba's ball control before the bicycle kick? shakehead.gif

it is because he made it look easy, doesn't mean that it is easy.

a lot of examples can be taken, i'll give you this one.
