yes u can...the stock plug cables are actually more than sufficient....

dont be surprised if stock cables are actually better than any other "performance" cables.

just like THIS TEST

and in case ur wondering... that test was done in malaysia.

Anyone knows where to repair carbon fiber in PJ/Subang/Shah Alam?? My CF spoiler is cracked...i think some idiot tried to steal it by ripping it out sad.gif

its cracked at the seams... he part where the 2 pieces are joined together...so hopefully itll be an easy fix.

normal cheapo NGK plugs enough. change evry 10k km.

after testing a few more expensive brands/models.... this was my favourite during my old EF B16A days.



im not a believer in spark plugs or plug cables.

not really...stock cables are actually more than sufficient and are actually pretty good.

problem comes when people start buying cables from halfcuts etc etc instead of buying brand new ones....

even my current car has Spoon plug cables (and denso iridium plugs)...and the only reason it does is coz it came with the car and im not bothered to change it.....

a better alternative would be to invest on MSD items etc.


personally, i would love to do a Coil On Plug conversion on my car....but Hondata doesnt support multiple distributor/coils setup and have to use an ECU that does like Haltech etc....but i wanna use Hondata.

and in case anyone is wondering... Coil On Plug conversion has been done on Campro and CPS. can see the thread in ZTH.... id link it here but i cant seem to xs ZTH right now.

EDIT: got it... Cam Pro engine with COP set up

the trumpet thing itself is typically referred to as "Velocity Stacks"....but the whole setup is generally referred to as ITB (Individual Throttle Body) or 4 Throttle or Quad Throttle.

wat bigger TB? those TBs are SMALLER! why??? coz u have FOUR of them (1 TB per cylinder) instead of one single one (shared by 4 cylinders) as per normal cars... those trumpets are generally used for ITB (Individual Throttle Body) setups...aka Quad Throttle aka 4 Throttle. its main use is to smoothen the air flow going into the TB itself and allowing it to suck as much air around it as possible and as smoothly as possible.

air filter optional. but generally when use airfilter... the trumpets (aka Velocity Stacks) are removed
