I got mine from Nagoya Textile located at Carefour building (Subang Jaya). The price is very reasobanle for the quality supplied. Paid about RM300 for five windows (before labor cost).

I got to know that Baagus is not bad, you may google it or check out its website. It seems to have lot of variety. However, not sure about the price.

Railing or wooden rod is better? Any advice. I am in the midst of plastering my ceiling.

I'd suggest Nilai 3 & Nagoya...

Places like SSF, Pleats & Pleats can cost a bomb

Pleat and Pleats may be expensive but I am using them. The roller blinds I am installing are Hunter Douglas and Tachikawa. The Hunter Douglas/Luxaflex at least has 5 years warranty.

Curtain is highly personal thing. If you want cheap, go to places like Kamdar and sometimes you may find some real good ones there too. But it takes a lot of effort to find them. Most of them are too gaudy or too plain to me.

My wife ordered from Merlin Curtain (they got no website though but they are here in Penang). She ordered vertical blinds instead of curtains, for 3 windows only (76 sqft). They are charging us RM400 only (including installation/delivery). We're expecting the blinds next week (Monday).

Price of vertical blinds is RM5.30 per sqft but my wife said there are other choices of blinds or curtains that only costs RM4.40, RM4 per sqft (price depends on choice of design).

I think the price of the blinds is reasonable. It's not washable (just vacuum the dust) but if it will last for 5 years or more... I guess it is a-OK.

Go to Nilai 3 larrr.. So many shops sells curtains, and almost all shops will 'jahit' the curtain right away provided that no other customers asked the seller to sew it first. Otherwise, you got to queue, or just find other shops..
