actually, for weather apps... it's nice and cool in the beginning. but seriously, how useful is it?

if you mean take out the battery and see if alarm still works, then yes... it won't.

but for my current dumbphone (SE k618i), i can turn off my phone and the alarm will still work.

i used to rely on this 'feature' -- set alarm while flying on plane. the phone stays off but alarm comes on when i need it. hmmm... interesting... learnt sth new again.

oh ya... just remembered smartphones got use in airplane mode... can still play games... heh heh...

for dumbphones, airplane mode is kinda useless for me.

but back the the Q... i am kinda surprised this is not possible on smartphones. so much for being smart, like what benny888 said.

ya, digi is down... calling their helpline (sucks) and it says data service is down. not only down... suddenly gave me inactive sim error somemore... kns.

errr... officially launched already leh... since last week or 2 weeks back... price... dropped to abt 2099, i think. senq still selling at 2299 but got freebies and 0% installment plans.

one owner managed to buy from another shop in ioi with freebies and rm500 hotel voucher...
