I am 170 tall 50 kg skinny guy.I have maintained the weight for 3 year.
I got try the Gnc product but to do not help to gain weight that i desire.
I try the Gnc Weight Gainer but the taste is so awful to consume.
Anyone here can recommend which Gnc product that really help to increase body weight and mass?

ON & BSN have good mass gainers product in their range..

How can you grow without go to the gym to stimulate grow?
If grow as easy as drink protein shake, surely all gym will be closed by now.
