I dont know about Gerrard but I never fancy Lampard being captain.

Lampard is vice captain in Chelsea because of his loyalty towards the club, influence and contribution. And I don't know where people get the idea that Lampard wants to be captain in English too. laugh.gif

A shaky performance during first half, with both sides having plenty of opportunity to score. Second half we were dominating most of the time. I'll settle with the score although I was hoping for something to happen today. sad.gif Torres getting his touch back slowly. Ramires is our new heart, with him sprinting nonstop, making decisive tackles, I can see he will be indispensable for CFC. Drogba was hardworking today. The only slacker was.. no one. Everyone worked well as a team, just that we have no luck on scoring today.

I am with you. All the players worked well as a team. Drogba was quite effective in our team I would say.
I blame on our players not to be focus all the time and that's why they can't finish it well.

Drogba Yuri Ashley combine really really well huh? I want Yuri to start against MCY game. Seriously, Malouda has been stingy, not combine well and slow.

I wonder will Torres make those run that Anelka made? The combination of Drogba Anelka was awesome. If you notice every minutes, both of their movements were good.

Can we play 4411?With Drogba playing behind Torres since Drogba can pass all those chun chun ball to Torres.
Hmmm. What do you think?

And, I am delighted to see we are more active in both flanks. No more narrow play.  thumbup.gif

Indeed. Left side Zhirkov, right side Ramires. I'm more than happy to see them going from flanks. Hopefully Zhirkov gonna be at starting XI ahead of Malouda. Ramires is getting better and better. I wouldn't surprise to see him taking up Lampard's role when he call it a day but I still want to see more actions from our youngsters. tongue.gif

Yap  nod.gif if he really click by the end of the season..we might change our mind...
*
Is more like he did not want to renew the contract with us. :/

QUOTE(dynames07 @ Mar 20 2011, 12:54 AM)
was watching MU vs bolton and deep in my heart, i hope they can reduce the point.. but what can you hope from bolton?? last season (or maybe a season before) they lose when MU can only field a make shift defence.. and today they also lose when the opponent is playing with 10 man..

hopefully we win tomorrow.. arsenal and spurs draw..
*
Bolton did make alot of effort to keep pressure Man Utd which turns out to be a reward by sending off Evans but did not do so well on the scoreboard. On the bright side, they are now suffer defender shortage now. tongue.gif Sturridge in my opinion want to live up to media's expectation by continuing his scoring spree but too bad today the luck was not on his side.

Just out of nowhere, I remembered this guy,He's such a good winger but not being utilized. Bad spell in Inter and he had to settle with Besiktas. I reckon he can do a decent job for us if we are going to offload some players this summer.

i got from Chelsea FC facebook.. they said:

" Torres and Kalou to start! Tevez out!"

and other sos :
Drogs and Nico sub? omg
*
SURE TEVEZ OUT? HAHAHAHAH INDEED A GOOD NEWS! rclxm9.gif

EDIT: okay just confirmed. NICE! biggrin.gif biggrin.gif Dzeko cannot do anything if we close down the passes. COME ON CHELSEA! flex.gif

Btw I think this game Man City might be going all out due to the exit of EUROPA Cup during midweek. Mancini need to prove himself he's the right person in Man City hot seat and he will do whatever it takes to assure their sugar daddy.

Our fullbacks' crosses being blocked most of the time. Can't even provide a decent ball to our players inside the box. Their defenders are hard and solid. Is best we use pace to edge them out, cannot let them stick near us.

Maybe Torres haven't gotten "shoot-on-sight" license from Ancelotti. tongue.gif But we have a new hero today besides David Luiz. Ramires! Yay! Your hard work is rewarding you! He is strong, solid, backtrack and dribble like a winger! rclxm9.gif YESSS we bagged 3 points today and we're back to top 3! flex.gif

What do you think about rumours that Abramovich want to sack Ancelotti and hired back Mourinho?

For me, it's just like licking your split back. Why? Because past years ago, Abramovich sack Mourinho, and now he want to bring him back? It's nonsense.
*
I don't really sees that as a problem. He is a good manger and he have his records to speak for him. Plus there are alot of players in Chelsea liked him very much. Yes that'd be malu for RA but I think he would think this matter in a bigger picture than saving his face.

Btw, Hiddink or Mourinho?

Malouda..hehehe rclxms.gif

I think Malouda would be staying for another season if Mourinho comes back. Mourinho definitely would let his players to prove their worth. Just see Benzema. He did not perform when Mourinho reached Bernabéu but he gave Benzema chances to prove his worth.

The future wing backs of Man United? Fabio, Rafael and Anderson. Man City last time got Elano and Geovanni, now left Jô. Arsenal's Denílson.

I would love to see him in blues but coming from this particular source, don't put too high hopes on that.

Chelsea made sensational move to re-sign Arjen Robben
