The only thing a rugby coach will teach you is that when you're down on the ground or falling as you put it, hands off the ball and cover your head, same goes for when you're tackled. No such thing as teaching one how to fall as they're a 360 degrees of possibility where a tackle might come from, different direction equals to a different surface of contact with the body. So keep your hands away?? Not going to happen as they're plenty of potential situations. Good falling technique?? The only time someone would only fall is after going for lineouts or cathing an air ball while jumping which is a situation where it's illegal to tackle the person doing so. So you're in way over your head here. Feel free to continue spouting made up bullshit.
