Rinnai Malaysia has this product but they only sell this item for commercial or industrial usage only under the Rinnai Infinity Water Heater. Try to check it out with them however, the valve is not cheap.

Plus make sure your piping is well insulated else the water heater will keep turning on quite frequently.
