hi Smart Money, i came across this thread when searching for Kyoto Condo low rise apartment cuz a friend is selling hers. Searched the internet for the picture and market price of the low rise Kyoto Condo but I got nothing. Is it a better place to stay compared to the high rise? and do you happen to know the market price of the low rise Kyoto Condo? Thank you in advancethis will be safer,...... being lowrise?
