Dont bother with poster who dont know about the area. If you have been to the area, there is no danger of another highland tower case else all places with hilly or slope is condemn.
Best is survey the area and go for the low rise. Only bad part is walk up stairs for kyoto if I recall except for the highrise. Only certain local bank is willing to finance this area. Good luck in your hunt. It is indeed an undervalued if it is not of the fear everthing about BA is landslide. |

just bought terrace house opposite kyoto garden... Taman Bukit Jaya for RM400k with 89% loan... moved in Aug 2014, such a wonderfull place to stay...
