Hi, im interested to buy a unit for own stay at Kyoto Garden, Bukit Antarabangsa. Selling price around 170k for a 1400sqft unit.
PROS 1. quite cheap for the size. CONS 1. quite near to the landslide area but they say already rectify the problematic area. (anybody hv more info on this matter) what do u guys think? tq. |

yes. the agent said can get 90% loan for this unit.
