QUOTE(Snowcap @ Feb 2 2011, 02:02 PM) Sorry for the late reply, wasn't checking the forum this few days So far its great, virtual 7.1 works well just that the sound from the back are a bit too low, sometimes people pull knife out from your back you couldn't hear And with people talking about the the USB soundcard degrade the mic sound quality, i got no issue for that, i speak so softly and my friend its loud. lol... If its to compare with my old headphone which is Sennheiser PC155, the bass for the 7H are slightly better than it.

Just a question. Im preparing to buy a Siberia V2/7H. How do I determined my sound card support 7.1 sound, so that I can decide to buy the USB/non-USB version. Thanks.

The 7.1 virtual surround sound is given by the USB sound card included in the 'USB' version. In actually fact both headsets only have the audio in and line out jacks. So you're just paying the premium for the USB sound card.

The headset does not produce any real 7.1 sound, it's just a virtual surround created by the USB soundcard (if you're buying the USB version). Not unless you want to have the same audio quality no matter where you go (vital if you're always on-the-go), then the non-USB version should be fine too.

Well with the 7.1 surround sound, you're basically sound 'hacking' already.

Well, as I experienced. The virtual surround software actually enhances and makes the sound a bit stronger really.

QUOTE(Snowcap @ Feb 3 2011, 03:05 PM) my 6gv2 wasd letter are fade. not 1 month old yet. Not even 1 month old can fade off?? Did you means it getting yellowish? The key caps can be changed (laser etched or double shot key caps should last for lifetime), most probably need to import from other country, quite rare in Malaysia.

Add in into the list also. Using Ikari laser, Kinzu, Qck+ Moon, 9HD and 7G. Added on February 6, 2011, 10:03 pmQUOTE(AlexLai @ Feb 6 2011, 10:01 PM) I feel like ordering some for my own 6Gv2. I used to as well, but haven't bought any key caps yet since they cost more than a keyboard most of the time. This post has been edited by jasmineivan: Feb 6 2011, 10:03 PM
