if the unifi tv stream is not scrambled, you can use a software that supports the codecs used by TM and does multicast streaming.

If the channels are scrambled, you need a physical splitter from the stb to your tv and stream it to your pc. you will still need a player that supports the unifi codecs and multicast streaming.
