QUOTE(mxsteven @ Aug 1 2011, 10:08 PM) Hmmm kinda fishy mileage... Just to make sure u are not cheated because the meter can be replace very cheap. Try to see is there any wear and tear on the steering, gear knob and hand brakes handle. The wear and tear normally starts at 90k kms and if its beyond 100k kms mileage, you will notice the steering worn out and some part quite powderish. Just my 2 cents advise because i have touched and drived more than 300 peoples Waja in Whole Malaysia including in Europe. QUOTE(markiliz @ Aug 1 2011, 10:34 PM) the car belongs to my cousin's wife's father's friend and it is being used as a 2nd car so most of the time it spends its time at home. That explains the super low mileage. And about wear and tear, the only wear and tear i see is on the gear knob and handbrake lever, everything else including the engine bay looks very very clean. Even the plastic on the bottom part of the door and on the floor panel is still there » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « everything on it is still original including the paint. Gonna pick it up this thursday This post has been edited by Nightstalker1993: Aug 2 2011, 07:12 AM |

QUOTE(ThunderGod_Cid @ Aug 7 2011, 12:21 AM) I cant tell you about shocks, but as for the fuel consumption, you can target up to 12km/l by just keeping the engine clean. Please check my below signature for Threebond Engine Conditioner, and Lambda oil Primer. Can sms me directly for further enquiries as my inbox is always full. Contact can be found in the threads. Near my place. Should be able to attend? As for the other waja guys, WHEN WANNA TT?!!?!??!?!?!?! Tentative Date : 12/8/2011 Friday Night. BHP SS14 Subang Jaya, 'Lori mamak' 1. Elton |

Hey guys, is it normal that the fuel gauge stays at full for the first 200km after pumping the tank? Just did 200km after giving my car a full tank and finally the fuel gauge started to go down

QUOTE(DaBestOne @ Aug 8 2011, 12:58 PM) QUOTE(blo0dLuSt @ Aug 8 2011, 01:09 PM) haha if it is true gud la. kalo that gauge faulty abes lor. haha actually that gauge is not vry reliable la. haha after half it will go down fast... not too sure. Just got my car few days ago 2nd hand with the petrol slightly below half and managed to empty it out in around 80km. After that pumped full tank and the meter stayed at Full for 200km and i think the meter is going down quite fast now |

Guys, just got a quote from my local audio shop for installation of my ICE and they quoted me RM770
Around RM240 alone is for the installation of the front midbass speaker. Thanks to Proton's design to mount the speakers onto a piece of plastic, the shop have to cut a hole in that and fabricate a custom wooden mount then use Dynamat to seperate the back and the front of the speakers Now thinking should i install anot |

QUOTE(mxsteven @ Aug 10 2011, 10:43 PM) I only know it is the most expensive mod i ever did it on my car..... just imagine above 25k engine and braking system mod... but if you calculate properly, it is more than that. It is worth that price because with that money i cant get any car with that kind of fun... even if i buy Evo i will mod and it will cost me a bomb... so i rather mod my Waja and stay that way. This mod have been very properly and carefully planned. How long will it take for the surgery to be done? Why not let's just TT after your car comes out from the surgery room and we can all celebrate and ogle at it together |
