your car need to be jack up and the bushes condition examined.

any workshop in kl should be able to offer a reasonable labour charge even if you bring your own parts.
i used to frequent those workshops in cheras maluri area but since i i changed engine and also, acquired another ride,

My rear passenger window cannot wind down.. Power window motor spoil? I seldom use the rear windows one..

Nope no noise.. Just like something stuck there n I can't wind down..

my guess was your plastic bracket melted under the hot sun. it then cracked when you try to wind down.
thus, all you heard is cracking plastic sound which blocked the glass.
you should get it replaced with steel type. lesser noise insulation but it last the car's life.

this is so normal for proton cars huh? change that piece of thing also 100+
