i'm sending a birthday gift to a friend overseas.. i wonder whether customs will block outgoing mail if it contains a CD (?) do i have to fill in some special form declaring the good or anything? (CD is original of course)..

Grab a bubble-wrap envelope from post office, registered the parcel and declare it as Gift, pay the shipping fee, and you're done...
