from what i look, im more concerned of arsenal and city not dropping points anymore lor.. looks so strong plus their strengthen-ed team with Dzeko, Van persie.
plus i dont really see where chelsea will slip against small teams again lor
*
now thats the beauty of epl yet again making it self best league.we never know when the others is going to drop pts.the old saying of top 4/5 is gone these days.suddenly some one will score against those lot and us included and now as club youre back peddling in matches trying to chase it.

no match is easier then the next one.ppl might say we have this and that but it wont sway us a bit to go into games any different then getting 3 pts.

Both Chelsea and Pool re-strengthened their squad. Lets just hope that we have our motivation to drive all the way to May with this gap.
*
i doubt we lack the motivation after missing it by 1 pt last season and drawing matches and getting back on our stride this season.its there alright, now to carry it to may and at the same time to look out for europe and fa cup.

It could be that Mike Ashley just wants the money.

Newcastle didn't even get a proper replacement for Andy Carroll, and probably wants to rely on the youngsters (Leon Best and co) and Shola Ameobi.
*
of course ashley wants the money, the man needs new pair of jeans.the way he is running the club, its just next leeds united waiting to happen

McDonalds? They have equipped themselves with HD channels these days.
*
yep thus far the besides the usual mamaks, mcd seems the good place for mid week and late sunday games.saturday jgn pergi...soooo many ppl talking and all you can hear anything.my usual place if its not the saturday at wee hrs of 4 the mcd is lengang and can watch the match in peace.some times la ada crowd sket for footy say cl nights but being footy crowds we all listen to the same thing so its better then teh crowd who come to lepak there.

but naming the greatest MU player will always be an injustice to some. For example, quoted from RoM, players like Robbo, Denis Law etc not in top 10? Somehow the top 10 is a bit skewed to the modern footballers, with only 2 of the 10 is pre-EPL players.

I however still think the no1 spot is rightly given, no matter in what era tongue.gif
*
yep agreed.even the great duncan edwards isnt there only bcoz of the diff era.none the less they all are legends of the club and will always be in folklore for eons.

QUOTE
4) Imagine the trauma teams like Chelsea, Man Utd and Liverpool are gonna experience once they have to begin cutting back costs. This means wage reductions and laying off more players, or else they won't be allowed on the Champions League bandwagon. Arsenal will be an oasis of stability in those times, and stability wins trophies.

anyone read this one??p.s im not trolling, and btw since its already a taboo to even look at others thread so im discussing it with my fellow brothers and sisters here and posting there.

if im not wrong weve paid of some of the interest, spent way way less and are in the good of health when showing our books to the uefa.this guy got some thing wrong alright.still have a good number on liquidity of money available and asset's wch we havent stripped or even come close to it and not to mentioned the most lucrative sponsorships on board and the revenue from the merch and media.

they think guns are the only one having financial prudence.yes we have a big debt but its being handled with the proper way on how to manage it.if any one should be afraid its the big spenders and you know who they are no need for me to spell it out.

The question is, will Giggsy play on Saturday? He looks tired just now. It's time for Gabby to step up?
*
dah konpem, giggs wont play but, scholes got to have a full rest today so he will step in back.and with luck we wont need obertan if park had enough rest and returns this weekend. rclxms.gif

its another tricky trip to wolves and to make matters worse they are fighting relegation.and during these times la they all come out guns blazing .

Eh? Park sudah balik ke? YEAYYYYY!!
Yup. And that Nani's cross for Rooney's 2nd goal was excellent. Right to his foot. The way Rooney likes it. The way Valencia does it. Nani, he certainly is among the best now, isn't he? He made his marker like tunggul. MOTM, Nani for me.
*
dah balik rasanya cuma blom tau beliau dah cukup rest ke and not carrying any injuries.

btw all rivals win today...makes it all ever important that we won.this 3 pts is more then what its worth now.

Park ends Korea career

Ji-sung Park has announced his retirement from international football with South Korea, but says he wants to play on at club level for at least another three or four years.

The 29-year-old Reds winger, who won 100 caps and played in three World Cups during an 11-year international career, confirmed the widely-expected news at a packed press conference in Seoul on Monday.

Park had captained his country to third place in the Asian Cup, which came to a conclusion at the weekend with Japan beating Australia 1-0 after extra time in Qatar.

"I am announcing my retirement to open more doors for younger, junior players who have to grow to replace me eventually," he said.

"Like we have seen during the Asian Cup games, there are many young Korean players who have enormous potential, passion and talent.

"Just like I was given an opportunity for enormous growth during the 2002 World Cup, I think it is necessary to give good opportunities to junior players.

"My departure will help more young players who have demonstrated their talent and ability during the Asian Cup to prepare for the next World Cup."

Park’s decision is good news for United fans. Since missing nine months of action in 2007 he has suffered sporadic knee problems, and attributed these partly to long-haul flights from Manchester around the world.

Ji sat out Korea's third-place play-off win over Uzbekistan on Friday, though medical staff insisted this was precautionary.
"I think without health issues I could have continued my international career," Park added. "But I will accept the situation as it is and I have no regrets."

He’ll now make his way back to Manchester to resume action with the Reds, perhaps as early as this weekend at Wolves but more likely the Manchester derby on 12 February.

good news for us, call me selfish but i think once a player hits 30 its his rightful age to stop internationals and open doors to others.he has done his nation proud and has done us proud along the way.welcome back 3 lunged man.

so pretty much set up for next weekend then this ehh.we can cope with it smile.gif

"It was a great strike by Vida," admitted the striker. "To be honest, he’s a great striker of the ball. Sometimes after training when the forwards are staying behind and doing finishing, every now and again he comes over and does a little bit. He’s got a great strike on him, so it’s a shame he’s not that far up the pitch all the time!"

now we all know how vida can curl that way laugh.gif kohkoh
