Which reminds me, do we have any alternative to prevent this from happening? I mean, like getting a reputable courier service to handle your package for a few more bucks?

i think if it's DHL or Fedex might be better, but thn even if we choose shipping by SAL or EMS it's still go through pos malaysia right, unless the site we order from provide other courier service

DHL, UPS, Fedex all ok one with your package..but their service bloody expensive..well what you pay is what you get lo..

think even EMS also still through pos bolehland..still play basketball with your package one when its arrive..

only different between SAL and EMS is that one is cheaper..and also EMS faster arrive to you

Depends lo..Play-Asia courier service rates are ok to me..about RM50 - RM60, can avoid tax and my items will not kena damage so easily and also fast.

That day I order FFXI Premium Soundtrack from PA, they ship at 6pm and i receive it the next day 12pm
