ATM money not withdraw properly, Have anyone face this issue?

Happened to me today.
Using MEPS from other bank (my acc Maybank). Waiting like 2minutes for ATM to dispense some money. But suddenly nothing happen, the card goes out but no receipt and no money. Immediately drive to another ATM Maybank to withdraw. And the previous withdrawal actuly captured. Call Maybank and they said it is problem with MEPS line and they say they will refund within 24hrs. 12 hours and counting. |
