but will it somehow corrupt my Galaxy S/PC ? coz got this seller said if use China made, it can crash the pc.. (he sells the cable for RM65!)

QUOTE(xeNOS @ Feb 2 2011, 04:31 PM) I got china cable oso. Working real fine. No point wasting 65 la... Semua tipu la... Added on February 2, 2011, 4:33 pmHey.. I read in 1st post says that gps issue fixed for.sgs with manufacture date on or later than october 2010... Just wondering for those like me who bought b4 the date what are the possible solutions ? try the gps test(free)to find satellite, then use gps booster(free/paid).. after succesfully locking then open up Papago/other GPS app.. EDIT : Hope it helps for me, I didnt use SGS for GPS coz it kinda bad.. inaccurate position and slow. I just use it for map navigation from one place to another. a new review from slightly different i900 : http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i9003_gala...-review-562.phpthe best part IMO is : QUOTE The Samsung I9003 Galaxy SL comes with a GPS receiver, which locked onto satellites in about a minute with A-GPS turned off. battery is 1650mAH instead.. but with SLCD. not superAMOLED. with much lower price tag. plus&minus, it is still great.

QUOTE(tressele @ Feb 6 2011, 01:06 AM) Hi everyone.. I just curious about my sgs behaviour..currently im in doc rom..with jpa modem..it consumed very less battery power as it can withstand almoat a day and half with normal usage with 70% in stanby mode.. But when i used wifi and gprs..it ate the baterry a lot.. 5 to 8 minutes for single bar batt indicator drop..seems like an abnormal to me.. what do u think guys..? then try other modem, JPD.. to me, wifi /gprs does consume more battery than usual.. try check your each apps setting, maybe it tries to sync/update when wifi is turned on. disable background data would help..

Im using Insanity v0.61 and didnt try to change the lockscreen at all.. since theres no more stock lock screen right now, I installed widgetlocker v2.0 and using iphone theme slider. but it takes twice sliding to get into home screen. usually only once. how do I do that?
