QUOTE(CrossX @ Feb 1 2011, 11:35 PM) I dont know about the rest, i did the upgrade on my own, not hard just plug in and use kies to upgrade ooo. ok i've made up my mind i'm just gonna upgrade it tonight. one last question though, would i need the newest version of kies or would any version be ok?no advantages only disadvantages if u send in... wastes time sending in if u can just do it on ur own This post has been edited by FormalCat: Feb 1 2011, 11:52 PM |

Hi peoples. I have a question for all the sifus. I'm having a huge problem with my wifi on this phone. It won't connect to the internet. It's stuck on obtaining ip address all the way. I checked up the problem and it seems that this is one of samsung's problems? i need help on this, especially since i'm not on a data plan and wifi is all i have.

QUOTE(Fornaxlife @ Feb 15 2011, 12:46 AM) why not just flash to 2.2.1 js5 (latest 2.2.1 firmware) i guess i'll give it a shot faster and smoother, may not have the wifi issue you're having too. give it a try? else, just use the root explorer and delete the file as quoted above QUOTE(ken2291 @ Feb 15 2011, 12:47 AM) restart your modem/router, forget the network and reconnect. If that doesn't work, just switch off WiFi leave it as it is.. after some time, u'll be able to connect. I have this problem twice last time.. nth helps, it'll self-fix aw i hoped no one would say this Added on February 15, 2011, 12:48 amAndroid Honeycomb Music Player try it. looks like Gallery3D thanks for your help. i'll be looking forward to try these when i have the time. |

Hi guys, i've been wondering if there is such a thing as selling the back cover of the SGS in different colours? I like the fact that Galaxy 5 has a white back. Looks classy. So is there such a place?
edit: also my wifi problem is solved after some waiting This post has been edited by FormalCat: Feb 22 2011, 09:20 PM |
