QUOTE(Poadster @ Feb 24 2011, 02:31 PM) Bro... pls reference the type of fuel AND driving condition la.... Most of my driving is on Sprint highway, so it's either stop go jam or around max 80kmh. RON95 usually but tonight just added some Vpower Racing. At least get some fun in before the fuel price goes up.RM89 @ RON95(RM1.90) = 46.8 litres = 12.39km/L = good FC RM89 @ RON97(RM2.50) = 35.6 litres = 16.29km/L = damn freaking exceptional FC... to which i have never hear of in any Inspiras reach IN TOWN DRIVING... 100% highway driving gives me 680km for RM90 RON97... 100% KL rush hour driving gives me only 350km for same RM90 RON97.... |

QUOTE(kamikazecommando @ Feb 26 2011, 09:35 AM) In Klang Valley, where can I test drive the 1.8Manual? With the exception of sport cars (eg. S2000), this is the best manual I've ever driven. Two showrooms I goto all have the 1.8A or 2.0A for test drive. (2 showrooms are PJ Jln 222 and Proton showroom Taman Pertama Cheras) Need to feel the clutch stiffness, driveability and gear change feel. |

QUOTE(ckk125 @ Mar 5 2011, 05:10 PM) hey all, was searching for service interval and things to be changed, found this from SG website. In my previous service the SC fellas conviniently forgotten about the oil as well. You'll need to ask back from themhttp://www.mitsubishicars.com.sg/services/service_menu.html it states lancer 2.0ex uses only 4.3 l of engine oil...next service must ask for the leftover |

It's a bit confusing to look for the Rainbow Motor Sports, just look for a shop with a giant signboard advertising Mohawk Audio. That's them

Here's something for you guys to try out. If you remember Azman's diy mod to cut/enlarge the front air intake grills (the plastic cover above the radiator).
So to decide whether worth it to cut the plastic (sayang to cut), i've tried removing the whole plastic thing to feel if any difference. Verdict: Quite a big difference once removed. Less lag when press the throttle. So to remove the plastic assembly, just use your nails to remove 4 lugs at the top of the assembly. Then remove the 2 screws joining the air filter intake to the front assembly. Done, can remove the whole plastic assembly. Then screw back the 2 screws so that the air filter intake don't move about. test drive. |
