Done my 1st 1000km service today. But I only got waive on labor charges. Enjin oil, filter etc need to pay. Is that norm where car booked after 15th Nov 2010 will only get free labour charges?
I thought I am entitled for 3 free services incl of labor and part

During collection of the car, I was given a voucher booklet but the voucher was stamped 'VOID",. but the SA told me proton will accept it. But today, CoE rejected the voucher and I chase the SA. Then they come out with free labour coupon for 1k, 10k and 20k km. But I still need to pay for the parts.

Just to share, when I got the car last year, next day went to change the gear oil already.

Flush the old gear oil and you will see a lot of small small silver particles like dust.

Those are tiny metal dust cause it's a new car and will act like sand paper on your CVT system.

So your CVT cepat haus lo.

After second gear oil change, no more or really less dust liao rclxms.gif

Now change to Mitsubishi's Diamond ATF SP III gear oil already tongue.gif
