Added on February 12, 2011, 2:36 pmAlso yesterday when and did autofoam at KL Auto

As everybody know owner nice guy and very poisonous with his stuffs for sale

Did the track version. Before these did it on my Waja.

Below are the difference types available:

AutoFoam Comfort
(complete undercarriage, bumper to bumper...including Engine frames, central chassis and rear chassis)
A good starter pack. Improves Ride Comfort dramatically and Noise, Vibration and Harshness. Improves hi-speed stabilty. Reduces pitching during hard braking....you will be shockingly surprised !!!

RM 880
2.5 hrs.

AutoFoam Ultimate.
(Comfort package plus A, B pillars with AutoFoam Race formula for Side Sills )
A Real Driver's favourite. Coupled with Comfort's benefits, sharper and more responsive steering. Makes the car feel more agile and lively. Very good at reducing Wind and Air turbulance noise as we treat the A and B pillars.

RM 2080
4 hrs.

AutoFoam Track.
(Ultimate package plus C pillars and Front Seat Frames ( x4)...like a H bar)
The Trackie's favourite. Get an invisible Roll Cage with Comfort and noise insulation as well. For those who want it all !!!

RM 2980
5 hrs.

After installing, feel the steering respond better and less body roll. Have to wait until the foam settles in properly. As the car is new, can't comment on the squeaks (new car no squeaks)

While waiting for the job to be done, was poisoned on sound proofing:

Front tire, road and engine roar:
1) Roar Buster for front wheel arches.
The Lexus method to reduce Tire and Engine Roar.
RM280.

2) GSI ( US) Doors package. ( 4 doors)
Nice solid luxury car feel and reduces external traffic noise eg motorbike, bus.
RM580.

3) 3M White Magic ( double layer for Front doors)
Exact same material used by Lexus, European makes to reduce Wind, Tire and Road noise
RM 400.

Package Deal for # 1, 2, 3.........Rm 1180.

Rear Tire, Road and "Surround" noise:

4) BUTT Package ( 3 hrs)..
Rear wheel arches, rear underseat, double layer treatment with GSI ( US) and InsuMat.
To help reduce Tire, Road noise as well overall quieter car ambience.
RM680

Total Package for Front and Rear ( #1, 2, 3 ,4)....Rm 1780.

All packages can be done seperately and upgradable.

Stil thinking whether to do or not - Wallet very thin already

* Just to inform in no way i am making any extra money by posting this details here. Its just information for others if they are interested. If anything, please go to the shop directly and speak to the owner (Desmond ). Thanks

nice info...

anyway, if u dont mind sharing, how much for the rim & tyres and where did u got it?  thanks in advance..
*
I paid RM4800 for the rims and the tyres are RM545 each. Old rims taken for RM1080.

Fixed it at SS Pro in Sunway. They give a good price for the tyres and rim. Just be careful about the alligment. They told me I need to adjust my camber front and back. I said nevermind and when back to my hometown Muar. Checked here and no need alligment of cambers needed.

At the moment there is no stock for these rims with the distributor. If you want, need to order and it takes around 1 week for it to arrive from Singapore

When to service car on last saturday for 1000 km.

Decided to use fully syn

Just wanna share how to adjust the low beam light

Attached Image

The above picture shows a hole where the screw driver (+) need to be inserted. If u look side way, you will see a long piece of metal that the screw driver also needs to go through. Once in, just turn.

Finally back in Muar around 8.30 pm

Fixed Hotbits full exhaust system at Speedworks today afternoon. The sound very very nice (Higher fuel consumption - always try to drive faster at higher rpm to hear the sound).

There was an increase of around 9 bhp.

It took around 4 hours as I wanted the end of the exhaust to be lower (they had to do some welding)

Should have taken around 2 hours plus only

Planning to cut the hole this weekend

The disc brakes are AXT oversized units (RM1280 i think just for the front). Its 320 mm in size, cross drilled and slotted. They will use back ur caliper. Its just the disc and bracket. Looks very nice, but price a bit expensive and harder to claim warranty if anything wrong with our ABS or braking system

Went to Vox on Saturday The cover is not perfect fit as our inspira snockel is smaller. I am just planning to cut a square hole and then put a mesh with small hole below it.

The full stainless stell is supercircuit The price is RM2500-2600. Its also louder than hotbits.

They don't show below 2500 rpm because the maximum power comes when the MIVEC comes into action around 4000 rpm

Correct but better put a wire mesh to cover and protect from large object entering the filter and causing damage
