I dont think Jeepers Creepers ever came out on blu-ray? Fortunately found a news on Jeepers Creepers 2 Blu-ray but....

"MGM will be releasing 'Jeepers Creepers 2' for Blu-ray on September 11th, according to The Digital Bits. No specs have been announced at this time. As you may recall, MGM (along with their distributor 20th Century Fox) have been on Blu-ray hiatus since AACS was cracked many months ago. It now appears Fox is ready to get back in the game. According to the Bits, Fox commented that they will be back soon and "in a big way". The forth quarter will be a huge push by Blu-ray studios, and it appears Fox is getting back in at the right time"

Prolly MGM backed off the plan and none got released. Watched it way back about 9 years ago i think...

Hehehe , i watched it a few years ago too . Nice movie . Planning to collect all horror movie on BD bro ?

Looking forward for the Blu-ray. Bro, i saw that you have The Shawshank Redemption blu-ray. Short review?
*
The Shawshank Redemption

I watched this movie so many times on so many different platform . Watched it first on laser disc , then on VCD and DVD , finally got the BD . This is a real classic movie with good PQ and AQ . Unfortunately the BD doesnt come with much high-def extras. Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman as two imprisoned men bond over a number of years, finding solace and eventual redemption through acts of common decency. This is a must get BD . Highly rated by IMDB also at 9.2/10 . smile.gif

Awesome ..awesome..awesome stuff. Your dad owns any LD? Any differences in terms of PQ & AQ comparing to BD technology?
*
BD technology is a good successor to LD as VCD and DVD was never a good replacement for LD . The PQ and AQ of a BD is definitely better than a LD . I enjoyed watching LD during the 90`s but the BD technology is exciting and access to movies are more than then time LD `s was the technology .Unfortunately during that time we had the LD player the LD `s were so expensive and we were only able to rent them. The size of the LD was also huge and was prone to damage . I hated flipping the disc to watch the 2nd part of the movie as sometimes the movies are long and needed more space . Bd`s resolved many of the issue that LD`s had . I prefer BD`s anytime over LD`s .

I, once saw a demo of LD movie , i think it was Titanic..at Sungei Wang.
Was happy with Video presentation but it was way far from affordable.
*
Yeah , really pricey and not many movies available here . The store we used to rent from had hundreds of title all imported . They close down a few years back after pirated DVD`s invaded the market .

Elizabeth: The Golden Age (Blu-ray)

Growing keenly aware of the changing religious and political tides of late 16th century Europe, Queen Elizabeth finds her rule openly challenged by the Spanish King Philip II
