QUOTE(Agnaem @ Aug 26 2011, 07:01 AM) @creative zn Same answer; the best headphone will be the one that strikes your fancy. Technically the 440, 330 and 660 should be the better ones, and even between them, your sonic preference would tell which one is better for you.. 330 seem great, but lotsa superflux user here use 669b/681 and samron. why? |

QUOTE(Agnaem @ Aug 26 2011, 11:57 PM) Could be one(or a combo) of these: great. thanks a lot man. so, for the summarize, 669 > 668B a.k.a Samson > 681. rite? - We don't have a head-amp. 330/440/600 needs one. - 681/668B/699 are the cheaper ones and doesn't need a head-amp. Though an amp is said to give a significant boost for 668B. (probably also true for 681/699, but I don't remember reading any claims) - Samson SR850 is said to be a better sounding 668B plus the comfort of 681. - All the rave on 688B; but rarely(or perhaps less reviews) on others. - 669 arrived at lyn later than 668B. Probably another reason why 668B is more common here. - 669 have the potential to be better than 668B, but again, it's up to your taste. It's supposedly just a 668B w/ a closed back instead of semi-open. - 669 is supposedly better than 668B, but the fact that it's sensitive to setup is kinda a turn off for me, cuz I don't want to worry much about pairing @ synergy issues. All that aside, 681/668B/669/Samson should run well w/o an amp. But not sure about your phone lar. Some phone is weaker than others. i guess will go for Samron la. thanks dude. |
