I'm using extension socket. well ur extension socket 's earth wire is not working well. a quick fix is attach a wire to the metal part of ur console and attach the other end to any <insert bodypart> that need to be shocked or u just attach it to the floor. |

yups...mostly from ur tv
only happen if ur tv/monitor using 2 pin plug since it didnt had ground wire inside so the electricity will flow to machine connect with ur tv/monitor but if ur tv/monitor using 3 pin plug and using extension please open ur extension plug and check the ground wire (normally green yellow colour) is it connect properly |

this happens to my xbox when i plug to a faulty wall socket. the wall socket has some grounding problem, i get zaps when i touch the metal parts of the hard disk. any dvd player/astro connected to it i will get zaps too.
your solution is best to call a technician to fix the socket, chances are the problem is not the socket itself but some wiring somewhere in the walls... |
