One thing you must not miss in Hat Yai, Thailand: the infamous Coconut Ice Cream!!
So how is a coconut ice cream prepared? First, choose a coconut and cut it into a bowl shape. ![]() Then, cut the coconut into half and pour away the juice somewhere else. Scrape out the coconut meat and add 3 scoops of ice cream, along with other toppings. ![]() From left: kacang, atachi, sweet corn and pulut! Add the toppings one by one over the ice cream~ ![]() Lastly, add some milk. ![]() And tadaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!! ![]() Coconut ice cream by zstan, on Flickr Feeling hungry? =P |

Something Like this
Taken at 17mm note: focus on the edge shifting. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Someone told that it was the Wide angle effect? is this Normal? QUOTE Drawbacks from review site*  - Corners at 17mm. Vignetting, softness, and aberrations, barrel distortion oh my.   - Not AF-S. While the focus is nearly AF-S fast, the big issue is that you can't override focus manually. Positives   - Sharp as a knife, mostly. Outside the corners at 17mm and at 24mm wide open, this lens posts resolution numbers on my D200 that are about as good as they get.   - The affordable 28-80mm for DX users. Considering the price differential between this and the Nikkor 17-55mm, there's little tradeoff being made. Indeed, this lens is smaller and lighter than the Nikkor, yet except at 17mm, holds its own against that lens. This post has been edited by Codyx: Jan 26 2011, 08:21 PM |
