any app can be installed to show the proper chinese character? (my song and albums name).

and also, each of my album folder is included a front cover jpg file. how to eliminate the picture file to be shown in Gallery?

I think I have problem with the battery because normally it will only last me 1 day and most of the time my son playing games. More than 50% of battery use was due to display with 10% brightness only. Is this normal for all of you ?

if z4root cannot then use superoneclick. before flashing rom check ur bootloader is unsigned or signed. if signed then u need to download chainfire patch to make it unsigned first.

i also just bear with the chinese character in the music player. just open and random listened it. dont care about the song and album name~

crappy software.. i just installed and upgrade my firmware once i got the tab 2 months back. then i never use it anymore. uninstalled. biggrin.gif

damn damn~

i downloaded overcome v.1.2.2 update.zip
place it in my external sd
go to recovery mode
choose install zip from sd card and choose the v1.2.2 (i am at 1.2.1 btw)
successfully installed.

when reboot...

stucked at samsung galaxy tab screen! gosh = = what happen

Added on March 11, 2011, 7:41 pmi download the odin & overcome kernal 1.0 from http://www.apksmash.com/corodius/galaxytab.zip

then flash the kernal 1.0 using odin on download mode. when successful and boot into the home screen. i check the setting of my phone.

i am having overcome 1.2.2 but with 2.6.32.9 frank@OVERCOME #45.

overcome 1.2.2 should be either 2.6.32.9 frank@OVERCOME #95 or
2.6.32.9 frank@OVERCOME #89

after i get stcked at the bootscreen, i just use odin and flash the overcome kernel 1.0 then the tab works again without reinstall the rom. is that ok?

i never flash to roto's rom before, straight from stock -> rooted -> ext4 -> overcome 1.2 laugh.gif

yes, tab is getting cheaper and cheaper. because of those competition prizes giving out sgt & telco subsidies plan that allow people buy sgt with lower price.
