when u all started solid food, the first time already give ur baby 3 times meal?

one more thing after baby try a certain food let's say apple for day 1... then he can eat apple for day 2-4 then try new food? or eat apple day 1 then wait until day 5 then try new food? for allergy...

how abt plain water? when do u give them? if u're bf then when to give plain water?

qarema, i just went thru tesco yesterday n found nestle n heinz contained skimmed milk... so i was just wondering... i know i could make my own but how abt travelling? can make something to store n eat for travelling 3-4 days?
