The below photo is of a Spanish solider carrying a H&K G36 rifle fitted with the Spanish Future Solider program (COMFUT / COMbatiente FUTuro) accessories. The rifle is equipped a huge day/night scope with integrated ballistic computer and camera. For close quarter combat (and when the main optic's battery runs dry) an EOTech holographic sight is included. Along with the scopes, an underbarrel grenade launcher and rail-mounted flashlight add a few more pounds to the already heavy weapons system.

Other types that would be cool to see at either show are the F-35 and V-22 Osprey. The F-35 isn't involved in Malaysia's current fighter competition, so don't expect it at LIMA. Lockheed Martin still probably wants to sell this aircraft to Singapore as an F-16 replacement, although Singapore may well prefer to upgrade its F-16s rather than replace them.  And, of course, the F-35 has a grueling test schedule.

because building a ship took years (from laying the first keel to testing and breaking the campagne,or labu sayung)

during that time there might be change in term of doctrine or requirement of the vessel,and new equipment need to be retrofitted and cause delay
