Thanks for the input bro. I myself thinking to get 1870 because it's zoom longer but knowing sigma ain't bad as well makes me doubtful. haha

actually due to a lot of problem I think I better skip tamron 1750. and currently having 1870 nikkor and 1850 sigma as my consideration.
I do feel my kit 1855 is too short hence I am looking for 1870. however knowing some1 selling 1850 siggy for 1.2k make me confuse about which one should I choose.

The one he sold is nissin anyway. More of the reasons to get Nikon flashgun next.

In most occasions I rather pump ISO than using flashgun one. Still hard to maintain flash-less look in the photo for me when using flash.
That's where good ISO performance camera comes in handy, or spend money for 2.8 and 1.4 lo.

erm yea    but i cannot trust live view lehz. few times i checked in live view the colour is ok but when the photos is imported to pc totally different

Did you ever tried D3100 yourself? D3100 ISO performance comparable to D90 and D300 you know?

D90 and D300 ISO performance I don't see any differences at all. In fact, D90 is using same sensor and engine as D300, where got difference like that?

Both using the same engine and same Expeed system. Heck even the D90 has higher scores than D300 at DXO.
