i just got this project. need to shoot a model on a treadmill. what sort of flash or lighting should i use? lense? bla bla bla

some qustion i need to ask. why is there diff between a 50mm f1.4 nikkor and a 24-70f2.8 nikkor in terms of brightness. i set both on the exact same setting and yet the 50mm are much more brighter. settings are F5.6 iso 200 1/250
